What if I missed my delivery?

If you missed your delivery for the first time, your order will be put back to the end of the delivery queue waiting to be delivered again, that's usually within 7 days.

If you missed the delivery for the second time, a redelivery charge applies to have them delivered for the third time.

If cancel an order after a delivery has been attempted, a $15 delivery charge will be applied for each attempt.
