Do you do offer pickup?
Yes, our 21A Bathurst Street location is open for pickup Monday 11 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday 1 PM to 6 PM, Wednesday to Thursday 11 AM to 6 PM, Friday to Sunday 11 AM to 7 PM, excluding holidays.
To order for pick up, simply select local pick up at check out, and you'll be notified within 24 - 48 hours when your order is ready for pick up.
You have up to 30 days to pick up your order.*
**Your items are picked, packed and ready for pickup upon receiving ready for pick up email. We will take care of the plants before they were being picked up. However, please do note that they will be in a bag on a shelf thus won't get too much light. Please pick them up as soon as you can. For plants, they may eligible for return and a full refund within 15 days of receiving ready for pick up email. For other items, they may eligible for return and a full refund within 30 days of receiving ready for pick up email. Fresh cut plants or flowers are not eligible for return or refund. After 30 days, orders that weren't picked up will be cancelled and refunded minus a 50% restocking fee.
